Who we are

Artcom is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This policy explains how we handle information you give us through the contact form on artcom.sa. You can reach us at info@artcom.sa.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect the name, company, email address, phone number, country, service of interest and short brief you enter. We also keep a record of your consent to submit the form. Please leave sensitive personal information out of the brief unless it is necessary for your request.

The website sets one cookie named pll_language to remember the language you choose between pages. It is set for about 12 months and does not identify you personally. We have not verified any analytics or advertising tools on the live site, and we do not run them in this phase pending a final check. The website may also generate standard server logs needed to operate and protect it. These can include your IP address, the time of a request, the page requested and technical error information. We do not ask for information through the form for a marketing mailing list.

Why we use it and our legal basis

We use the form information to read your request and reply about your brief or a call. We rely on your consent when you submit the form. We do not add you to a marketing list through this form. If we later offer marketing messages, we will ask for separate consent first.

Who receives the information

Your submission is sent to Artcom at info@artcom.sa. Artcom staff who need to handle your request may read it. The providers that host the website and deliver email may process it on Artcom's behalf. We do not sell your form information or share it with other businesses for their own marketing. We will disclose it if required by applicable law.

Processing outside Saudi Arabia

Our website hosting and email providers may process information outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Where that happens, Artcom will handle the transfer in line with the requirements of the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and its applicable rules. The provider locations and transfer arrangements need confirmation before this policy is published.

How long we keep it

We propose to keep a contact request and its consent record for 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete or securely dispose of them unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. This is a proposed period, subject to confirmation before publication. Standard server logs are kept only for the period needed to run and protect the site, subject to the hosting setup and applicable law.

Your rights

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, you may ask to be informed about our use of your personal data, access it, ask us to correct it, request a copy, or ask for deletion or destruction where the law allows. You may also withdraw your consent. Withdrawal does not undo processing that was lawful before you withdrew it. Some requests may be limited where the law requires us to keep information.

To use these rights or request deletion, email info@artcom.sa. Tell us which contact request is yours and what you want us to do. We may ask for enough information to check that we are responding to the right person. We propose to respond within 30 days. If we cannot fulfil a request, we will explain why, subject to applicable law.

Security

We limit access to contact requests to people who need it for the response and expect our service providers to protect information they process for us. No online system can be guaranteed secure. If you need to send particularly sensitive material, contact us first to agree on a suitable way to share it.

Complaints

Please email info@artcom.sa if you have a concern about how we handle your data. You may also complain to the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), the supervisory authority for the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, through its official channels.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page when our form, providers or legal requirements change. We will put the new date at the top so you can see when the wording was last updated.
